Shri Sthanakvasi Jain Atithi Bhavan, Madhuban was established to serve Sthanakvasi pilgrims visiting Sammed Shikharji, the most revered Jain pilgrimage site. Founded by Sthanakvasi Jain sanghs from eastern India, the atithi bhavan was designed to reflect the non-idolatrous, austere, and disciplined approach of the Sthanakvasi tradition. From its inception, the focus has been on simplicity, cleanliness, and spiritual restraint. Over time, the facility expanded modestly to accommodate increasing numbers of pilgrims while preserving its calm atmosphere. It continues to provide a supportive environment for meditation, self-discipline, and yatra preparation.
